We want you to love your One Loved Babe pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all original tags are attached and the items are free of makeup or perfume.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email within 5-7 business days.
